The KYN28A-12 series indoor AC high-voltage metal-enclosed withdrawable switchgear is an indoor complete power distribution ldevice for three-phase AC with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated voltage of 12kV and a working current up to 40ooA. It is applicable to power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. for the reception and distribution of electric energy, and it has functions such as control, protection and monitoring of the circuit. It can also be used in places with frequent operations.
Structural Features
The simple and effective “five-prevention” interlocking device can effectively prevent:
1. mis-opening and mis-closing of the circuit breaker;
2. pushing and pulling the circuit breaker truck under load;
3. closing the circuit breaker when the grounding switch is closed;
4. mis-closing the grounding switch when the system is energized;
5. accidental entry into live compartments.
● Optional components include ZN63A (VS1), VD4, ZN21, 3AH, and VEP vacuum circuit breakers, VC7 vacuum contactors, load switches, disconnectors, etc.
● According to their purposes, the trucks can be divided into circuit breaker trucks, voltage transformer trucks, metering trucks, isolation trucks, etc. The trucks for the same purpose have good interchangeability.
● Heaters can be installed separately in the circuit breaker chamber and the cable chamber to prevent condensation and corrosion.
The IP rating of the outer shell of the switchgear is IP4X, and it is IP2X between compartments and when the door of the circuit breaker chamber is opened.
