Structural Features

The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet uses a universal cabinet configuration. The frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel sections and has 20-module mounting holes, making it highly versatile. The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet body. There are different numbers of ventilation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet body, making the sealed cabinet body form a natural ventilation duct from top to bottom to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame using multi-strand copper flexible wires. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame using knurled screws, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
The surface of the cabinet body uses the electrostatic spraying process, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet has a matte finish to avoid glare.
The IP rating of the cabinet body is IP30.
