Oil immersed transformers are generally installed outdoors on channel steel frames assembled on platforms or poles. The track, platform, and steel frame should be level;
The wheels of oil immersed transformers with rollers should rotate flexibly,
After installation, use a wheel stopper to fix the transformer in place;
The transformer roller installed on the steel frame is suspended and the body is tied and fixed to the pole with galvanized iron wire;
The oil pillow side of the transformer should have a rising slope of 1% to 1.5%. The lifting operation during the installation of transformers should be carried out with the cooperation of the crane operator. At no time should the bushing, body, or other components be hit, and serious impact and vibration should occur. It should be lifted and placed gently.
During lifting, the steel cable must be tied to the earring on the device body for lifting. Protective measures and operation instructions should be taken during the lifting and transportation process
